How AI becomes a workforce multiplier that helps workers achieve more with less

Organizations are under constant pressure to do more with less. Employees are expected to manage growing workloads, move faster and deliver better results, often without additional resources. Increasingly, AI is helping bridge that gap. Integrated into modern business devices such as laptops, smartphones and tablets, AI can automate routine tasks, surface information more quickly and provide on-demand assistance across a wide range of activities. In effect, it acts as a workforce multiplier, helping employees accomplish more without increasing headcount. Here’s how.

How AI boosts productivity

AI integration is moving at warp speed, now impacting nearly every facet of life. That’s particularly so in business, where worker access to AI tools has grown by 50% in the past year alone, according to Deloitte.

The productivity boost is a major driver, too, and research continues to confirm it. The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development points to three specific AI impacts on productivity in a 2025 report:

  1. Automation of tasks, including writing, editing and translation
  2. Skill development and personalized learning experiences
  3. Transformation of business operations, such as content creation, supply chain management and customer service

As AI becomes more embedded in daily work, its value increasingly depends on how easily employees can access it. That’s where AI-enabled devices come into play, putting intelligent assistance directly in workers’ hands throughout the day.

A personal assistant with Galaxy AI

Samsung Galaxy AI acts as a built-in productivity partner, helping employees work more efficiently by automating routine tasks and providing timely insights.

Across Samsung devices, including Samsung Galaxy Book6 Enterprise Edition, Galaxy S26 Series mobile devices and Galaxy Tab S11 tablets, Galaxy AI provides workers with built-in tools that help streamline tasks, accelerate workflows and reduce administrative burdens. Key workforce multipliers include:

Writing Assist

Even short messages can take a long time to write when you have to find just the right words and tone. Galaxy AI shortens that journey with Writing Assist, which generates message drafts based on keywords, phrases or prompts. Fine-tune further into a professional, casual, polite or social voice with tone assistance. Once the message is finalized, Writing Assist will proofread it to avoid grammar and spelling errors.

Transcript Assist and Note Assist

When work involves audio and visual media — presentations, meeting recordings and phone calls — simply select the file and turn on Transcript Assist. When time is short, Transcript Assist provides a summary with keywords for easy navigation and digestion. That can be a big help with your own voice notes, too, capturing your ideas and inspirations and then organizing them into a form that can lead to action. Note Assist, another feature of Galaxy AI, provides similar organization and cleanup for text typed, pasted or written with the S Pen. Tap the file and Note Assist creates bullet points, headers and custom note covers.

Live Translate and Interpreter

In a global business world, the ability to communicate across languages is increasingly important. Galaxy AI helps employees bridge language barriers with Live Translate and Interpreter, which provide rapid translation of 22 languages. Live Translate supports phone calls, using AI to translate your words for the person on the other end and vice versa. Interpreter assists with live, in-person conversations by converting spoken language into on-screen text.

AI Select

As much of today’s work is done across multiple screens, productivity depends on managing content efficiently. AI Select helps achieve that by enabling any portion of the screen to be selected and utilized in various tasks. Need more information about an item, image or visual element? Simply circle to launch an online search. Or, take that circled image and send it to Photo Assist or Creative Studio to transform into a social media post. If it’s a poster, ticket or advertisement, AI Assist will pull in time and date and send it to your calendar. Text can also be translated, summarized or copied with ease.

AI needs hardware built for work

AI tools are only as effective as the devices running them. To support AI-powered workflows throughout the day, employees need hardware that delivers performance, battery life and connectivity without compromise.

Galaxy Book6 Enterprise Edition facilitates AI-driven productivity with hardware designed for consistent high performance throughout the day. At its core is the Panther Lake processor with an AI-focused Neural Processing Unit that delivers up to 49 trillion operations per second. Battery power ensures the processor runs all day with up to 24 hours of video playback on a single charge and fast charging to 33% in just 30 minutes. Physical ports for USB, USB-C, HDMI, RJ45, and MicroSD expand the input and output options for the AI to work with or deliver.

More hands on deck

Today’s workforce needs more than just performance; it needs intelligent support. With Galaxy AI built into Samsung devices like Galaxy Book6 Enterprise Edition, employees gain a powerful assistant that helps streamline everyday tasks. From summarizing notes and breaking down language barriers to surfacing the right information at the right time, Galaxy AI gives every employee an extra set of hands without increasing headcount.
