When Tamarack founder Nick Guida was looking to improve productivity at his company, he had his eye on the Samsung Galaxy Note8 — for himself and for some of his key employees, who were currently iOS users.
Through a pilot program, Tamarack not only had the opportunity to try out the Galaxy Note8, but they were able to do it with the support of RedNight, Amazon Web Services and Samsung.
By partnering with collaborative solution providers, Tamarack could get more value from their Samsung mobile devices. Amazon Web Services, for instance, has given the company access to a consistent and standardized user experience, no matter what technology employees are using.
Additionally, as a small company of just 25 employees, having the expertise of RedNight, a consulting firm that provides cloud support and other IT services, helped make the move to new devices and new cloud environment seamless.
“We’ve been able to leverage the relationship further, working with RedNight on other projects,” says Leonard Wilson, Tamarack’s IT manager.
