Andy Starnes is Battalion Chief with a large metropolitan department in North Carolina. He owns and operates Insight Training LLC, an internationally recognized fire service thermal imaging training organization. He has been published in Firehouse Magazine, International Firefighter Magazine and Fire Service Apparatus Journal.
