Matt is a proven innovator with 20 years of robotics design experience focused on the defense industry. He holds 36 granted U.S. patents in the fields of robotics, control systems and user interface design. Over his career, he has supported the DARPA robotics challenges, served as the lead designer of the UK MOD’s most advanced bomb disposal robot and worked on unmanned systems spanning the land/air/sea domains. As CTO of Tomahawk Robotics, a company Matt co-founded, Matt leads the team in developing a revolutionary new common control system, called Kinesis, for unmanned systems in the tactical domains.
