Blending the diverse product portfolios of Samsung and HARMAN is opening up exciting new opportunities for systems integrators and end users, offering end-to-end professional display, audio, video, lighting and switching solutions.

At the recent InfoComm 2017 trade show in Orlando, executives from Samsung and HARMAN International’s Professional Solutions division (HARMAN was acquired by Samsung in March) were on hand to meet with customers and relate how the two companies are already integrating training and marketing efforts to enable sales teams to present integrated solutions. This partnership is set to develop next-generation technologies within the AV space, especially by drawing on hardware leadership from each company.

While Samsung is best known in professional AV circles for its commercial display products, HARMAN is known for producing extensive professional AV and automation products. “The Samsung-HARMAN relationship completes the one-solution opportunity, which is made more compelling considering we’re selling to the same customers in the same vertical markets,” says Dave McKinney, vice president, hospitality customer solutions unit, HARMAN Professional Solutions.
