A recent Total Economic Impact study1 undertaken by Forrester Consulting has found that businesses are making considerable savings in terms of device management through use of Samsung Knox Customization.

The study found that, by using Knox Customization services, organizations are able to transform their Samsung device management capabilities, optimize the user experience, enable advanced device configuration, perpetually enforce device settings and provide enhanced device security.

Using its proprietary analysis, Forrester concluded that the net present value that could be achieved using Knox Customization amounted to a total of $35,196 over a three-year period. These savings included $41,2017 in IT administration through streamlined device customization, configuration, and deployment and $15,402 by increasing IT support efficiencies and expediting device re-enrollment for wiped devices.

Through the use of Knox Customization, organizations that previously struggled with security and had issues controlling confidential customer and company information on devices were able to develop and enforce best practices — and benefit from the cost savings.
