Ken Smith is vice president and general manager at Samsung Electronics America and leads the enterprise services organization. Previously, Ken led the operations of worldwide Blackberry Services, and held leadership positions across AT&T including Bell Labs, AT&T’s Global Network Operations Center, disaster recovery, business continuity and customer service delivery. While at AT&T, Ken was awarded a number of patents within the network engineering domain. Ken holds a B.S. in Information Systems and a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Cincinnati.
