You may remember when after a year as Samsung’s video correspondent I finally switched from an iPhone to a Galaxy S9 a few months ago. Here’s an update: I recently upgraded again to the super powerful Galaxy Note9.

Upgrading with the Smart Switch app was incredibly simple and easy. I kept everything I cared about, from my videos to my contacts. Even my background updated as soon as I switched. How sweet is that?!

One of my favorite new tools is Samsung DeX. For those who don’t know, DeX transforms your Galaxy phone into a desktop workstation with just a cable.

DeX has completely changed the way I work. When I’m traveling and away from my computer, I can plug my phone into a hotel room TV using an HDMI cable. I then have a large display, all my documents and a desktop-like experience right at my fingertips. This enables me to travel light and get a ton of work done without using my laptop.

One thing I’m looking forward to using more is Dual Mode. With Dual Mode, I can still use my phone while using DeX on a monitor. If I’m watching a video on a larger screen, I can take notes using my S Pen without toggling back and forth. This is great for when I’m reviewing content for a client and need to suggest some changes, but want to keep everything streamlined.

Whether you’re a loyal Samsung user in need of an upgrade or an iPhone user in need of a total change, the Galaxy Note9 is the phone for next generation achievers like you.

Explore the benefits — from security to integration — of switching to Samsung for all your business needs.
