Thousands of mobile developers, solution providers and innovators are about to gather at San Francisco’s Moscone Center for the annual Samsung Developer Conference, which will take place on Nov. 7-8 this year.
SDC 18 is where “now” will meet “next.” It’ll be a gathering to explore the possibilities of today’s most innovative technology and to collaborate around new solutions for the future. Attendees can expect two days of expert keynotes, high-value technical sessions, networking and demonstrations for and by the developers of the future of enterprise mobility.
Eighty-two percent of senior executives agree enterprise mobility is critical to employee productivity, agility and the speed of decision-making, according to a recent Oxford Economics study “Maximizing Mobile Value,” commissioned by Samsung. However, capturing the potential of the next mobile economy requires new solutions. Developers must quickly think beyond traditional mobile apps to deliver winning experiences that leverage AI, wearables, big data and other emerging tech. Gartner predicts that “post-app” spend on chatbots and other AI-powered mobile services will outpace traditional mobile app development by 2021.

SDC 18 is not going to be your average tech show. Instead, it’ll be an open collaboration among experts, innovators and developers who have a common commitment to turn “now” into “next.” The agenda is designed to provide the Samsung Development Community with all the knowledge needed to spark an immediate mobile revolution in the enterprise.
The following 10 sessions can teach you how to leverage the Knox Software Development Kit (SDK) in ways that could transform your mobility strategy.
Session 1: Bixby and the New Exponential Frontier of Intelligent Assistants
Bixby makes it easier than ever for developers to create engaging applications of applied AI which grow smarter and more customized with use.
